- We are not responsible for quality issues arising from customer-supplied materials.
- Any changes to material selection must be informed before work starts.
4. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines are shared before starting the project.
- Delivery time may vary depending on material availability and on-site conditions.
- Delays due to weather, client-side issues, or external factors are beyond our control.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
- Warranty (if applicable) applies only to work done directly by us.
- No warranty is provided on materials purchased by the customer or third-party brands.
- Physical damage, misuse, or improper handling voids any service warranty.
6. Site Access & Safety
- The client must ensure safe and proper site access for our team.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by on-site hazards, electrical issues, or pre-existing structural problems.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before purchasing materials.
- Once materials are bought or work is started, cancellations are not allowed.
- Advance payments for cancelled orders may be partially refundable depending on material usage.
8. Liability
- We take utmost care during installation and work, but we are not liable for:
- Damage caused by old structures
- Electrical or plumbing issues
- Future wear & tear
- Client negligence
- We are not responsible for third-party contractor work.
